The Human Resources Manager will oversee strategic HR planning, recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, developing employee engagement programs, conducting performance evaluations, and handling administrative HR tasks. The role also requires fostering a positive work culture and assisting leadership with workforce development initiatives.QualificationsRecruitment and Talent Acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboardingEmployee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills for fostering a positive workplace environmentProficiency in HR Administration tasks such as handling payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring complianceStrong understanding of Performance Management, including evaluations and feedback mechanismsExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for collaboration with employees at all levelsExperience in Training and Development to support staff growth and continuous learningFamiliarity with relevant labor laws and HR best practicesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced certification is a plus)
