With a team-driven culture and a mission to redefine digital education, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionHandle end-to-end hiring process for multiple departments including Sales, Operations, Academic, and Marketing.Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.Manage interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and onboarding processes.2. Employee Relations & EngagementFoster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with company values.Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and engagement activities to enhance retention.Handle employee grievances with professionalism and empathy.3. Payroll & Attendance ManagementOversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and other applicable labor laws.Maintain accurate employee records and HRMIS updates.4. Performance ManagementCoordinate periodic performance reviews and maintain appraisal documentation.Assist in setting OKRs and monitoring employee progress.Support learning and development initiatives to improve employee performance.5. HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain and update HR policies and procedures as per organizational goals.Ensure compliance with company standards, labor regulations, and confidentiality policies.Support management in implementing organizational development strategies.Key Skills Required:Strong people management and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in recruitment, payroll management, and HR operations.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Knowledge of HR software/tools and MS Office Suite.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced EdTech environment.What We Offer:A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Opportunities for career progression within the EdTech space.Exposure to dynamic business operations and innovative HR practices.
