The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination across GCC branches, and day-to-day administrative functions.

Experience required - 2 to 3 years

Location - Kochi, Vytila (Near Ponnurunni Temple)

Gender Preference - Female*

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and joining.
  • Post job openings and source candidates via recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant portals.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads/BM/CEO and provide timely feedback.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts with the coordination of GCC branch managers.
  • Maintain an updated candidate and employee database.
  • Support visa processing, renewals, and employee documentation in coordination with GCC branches.
  • Insurance management: track policies, coordinate renewals, and follow up with the concerned persons.

Experience:

  • Experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR databases.
  • Highly organised, detail-orientated, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Qualification:

  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and administrative roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
