As a Human Resources Generalist at Asirvad Micro Finance, a subsidiary of Manappuram Finance Limited, your role will involve managing daily HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and administering benefits programs. You will play a crucial part in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This is a full-time on-site position based in Thrissur. - Manage daily HR operations - Implement HR policies - Oversee employee benefits - Administer benefits programs - Handle employee relations - Conduct performance management - Lead recruitment efforts - Ensure compliance with laws and regulations To excel in this role, you should have experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, along with a strong understanding of HR policies and employee benefits.
