About the Job:

We are looking for Pre-Sales Specialist with Bid Maker position who has minimum 8 years of experience in similar role from a banking industry and who can provide support in proposals and pre-sales activities.


What you will be doing:


  • Providing support in the preparation of responses to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals
  • To prepare product requirements & data sheets
  • Closely work with Sales personnel to provide Product, Business and Technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities
  • Liaison and have meetings with Product / Project Managers and Development teams to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organization
  • Attending conferences and meeting Experts to get to know on the updates in the market
  • Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process
  • Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Product Management and Development regarding products including coordinating gaps between product functionality and market/customer demands
  • Responsible to develop and deliver training on business problems, products, and messages for pre-Sales team members
  • Giving presentations / making demos on our products
  • To participate in Project meetings / UI Reviews / Analysis sessions and make module demos
  • In conjunction with Sales Personnel, develop and conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments, expectations, customer organization, etc


What we are looking for:


  • Must have Prior Banking experience, or Experience in IT organizations as Presales / Solution Consultants to Banks and Financial Institutions
  • Should have minimum 5 years of Management experience
  • Should possess good Team Management skills
  • Lead complex bids for larger opportunities in region, as well as assisting team on smaller opportunities as applicable
  • Mentor team members on complex bids
  • Knowledge of Project Management preferred
  • Experience in interacting with BFSI clients / prospects desired
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience
  • Any Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant degree
  • Willing to travel to client locations with no restrictions
  • Arabic knowledge is an advantage for this role
