Key Account Manager

- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client goals, brand needs, and KPIs, and translate them into effective influencer marketing strategies.
- Provide ongoing support, regular communication, and proactive solutions to client needs.
- Campaign Management & Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from concept development to post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and analytics) to ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Manage influencer selection, negotiation, and contracts, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Develop detailed campaign reports and insights, showcasing performance against KPIs, ROI, and key metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients, offering suggestions for future campaigns based on data analysis.
- Continuously optimize campaign strategies based on client feedback and performance data.
- New Business & Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to existing clients.
- Work with the sales team to pitch new influencer marketing solutions to potential clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction to encourage long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Team Coordination & Support:
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on client interactions and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with other departments (creative, production, analytics, and operations) to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Ensure all client deliverables are met and that projects are delivered to the highest standard.
- Industry & Market Insights:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and consumer behavior.
- Share industry insights and best practices with clients to position the agency as a thought leader.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in an influencer marketing agency or digital marketing environment.
- Experience working with major brands and managing key accounts.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
