Data-driven Insights & Reporting:
Regularly track and analyze client account performance, revenue metrics, and relationship health.
Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Desired Profile:
Proven experience (4-7 years) in account management, business development, or sales within the beauty or related B2B industries.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Highly motivated and results-oriented individual, driven by high fixed and lucrative variable compensation.
Ability to strategize, plan, and execute independently.
Comfortable with traveling and attending external engagements frequently.
