We provide advertising solutions in towns and key cities across Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Odisha, Delhi, UP, Haryana etc.


Position Overview -


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media Ad Sales Head (NCR) to lead our advertising sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, forging strong client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives in the media advertising industry.


Responsibilities –


  • Demonstrated expertise in advertising sales or media sales, with particular emphasis on Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising or Audio Sales is Mandatory.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and contract discussions
  • Strong relationships with clients and agencies in the NCR market, encompassing both clients and agencies.
  • Effective leadership abilities coupled with adeptness in overseeing and inspiring and leading the sales teams.
  • Proven history of attaining sales objectives and fostering business expansion.



Qualifications –


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in media advertising sales is mandatory, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving revenue growth and building high-performance teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower others to achieve their full potential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the media advertising industry, including market dynamics, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
