Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head to join our team and lead the sales of our open plots/weekend home project in Sadashivpet, Hyderabad. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, hiring/managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving ambitious sales targets.


Responsibilities:


Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for open plots in Sadhasivapet.

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales representatives.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.

Negotiate and close sales deals.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.

Oversee the sales budget and ensure profitability.

Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 10 plus years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.

Experience in selling real estate, particularly open plots, is a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Ability to motivate and coach a sales team.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
