We've established a strong national network of 2,000+ dealers and a loyal following of architects and interior designers (30k strong on Instagram). Now, fueled by significant revenue growth, we're poised to expand our reach and become the global leader in innovative architectural materials.


To lead this exciting new chapter, we seek a visionary Business Head - Channel Sales & Distribution.

This is more than just a sales leadership role; it's an opportunity to own your legacy. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing winning channel sales strategies, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and spearheading our expansion across India.


Here's what you'll conquer:


●      Channel Sales Strategist: Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

●      Team Leader & Mentor: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals, including Sales Coordinators, ASMs, and Business Development Executives.

●      Distribution Network Architect: Expand and strengthen our national distribution network by identifying and onboarding key channel partners.

●      Sales Process Guru: Refine and implement sales processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

●      Growth Catalyst: Develop and execute sales plans, pitches, and promotional programs to achieve ambitious sales targets.

●      Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage market research and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

●      Profit & Loss (P&L) Ownership: Manage your assigned territory (West & Central India initially) as a profit center, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.

●      You're a seasoned sales leader with 18+ years of experience building and executing successful channel sales strategies for B2B companies (preferably in the building materials or interior design industry).

●      You possess a deep understanding of the Indian market and distribution landscape.

●      You're a passionate leader who inspires and empowers teams to achieve exceptional results.

●      You're a strategic thinker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.

●      You have a strong understanding of CRM systems and leverage data to drive sales performance.

●      You're an excellent communicator with a knack for building strong relationships with channel partners.
