Summary :
The Pre-sales Architect for Audio-visual Business will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales teams and Channel Partners & Distributors by providing expert guidance on audio-visual (AV) solutions. You will work closely with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and develop comprehensive proposals. Your expertise in AV solutions and your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in driving successful sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
• Preparing the design documentation for BOQ, DPR, budgets, sketches, and drawings.
• Adding specifications and reviewing for approval.
• Conducting comprehensive needs assessments and site surveys to identify optimal AV system configurations.
• Providing technical and design support to the sales team.
• Handling product demos at customer’s site.
• Managing the project implementation with the post-sales team.
• Collaborate with the project team as needed to assist in developing project schedules and ensuring the successful execution of AV projects.
• Providing collaterals/generating proposals on time , Preparing BOM, BOQ , Involved in preparing scope-of-work POCs and POV.
• Hands of Experience on AV Devices like Crestron, Kramer, AMX, Polycom, Tandberg, Cisco Spark Kit, Cisco WebEx Tool Kit.
Requirements :
• 2 to 5 years of experience in AV designing.
• CTS certified professional (Optional / Preference shall be given).
• Proven experience in the audio-visual industry, including knowledge of AV solutions, products, and technologies.
• Experience in preparing the design documentation for BOQ, DPR, budgets, sketches, and drawings.
• Basic technical support and demo support as per needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with sales teams, customers, and internal departments.
• Expertise in AutoCAD is a must.
