**Job Title: Presales Solution Architect - Collaboration Services**
**Overview**:
As a Presales Solution Architect specializing in Collaboration Services, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise and innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, crafting tailored solutions, and presenting compelling proposals that address their unique challenges. Your deep understanding of collaboration technologies and market trends will enable you to design comprehensive solutions that drive value and differentiation for our clients.
**Responsibilities as Solution-Architect (primary tasks)**:
1. Technical consultancy with the Deal-Team & Customer's representative.
2. Defining the service-parts requested in the RfI/RfP-Documents (collaboration with the assigned Solution-Designer).
3. Support with expansion/adaptation of the service descriptions (i.e. extending the standard Service-Descriptions with the requested service-elements).
4. Answering the technical questions asked during the Solution-Design & Due Diligence phase.
5. Defining the architecture adjustments (sizing in the solution).
**Further assistance towards the Solution-Designers (secondary tasks)**:
1. Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop technical strategies to position our collaboration services effectively.
2. Solution Design: Design end-to-end collaboration solutions that leverage a mix of technologies such as unified communications, messaging platforms, document sharing, and collaboration tools.
3. Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough discovery sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, technical constraints, and user preferences.
4. Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals, including solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, implementation plans, and cost estimates, tailored to each client's needs.
5. Product Expertise: Stay up to date on the latest collaboration technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
6. Customer Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our collaboration solutions to potential customers.
7. Technical Validation: experienced in proof of concept (POC) exercises and technical validations to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
8. Collaboration with Partners: Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to incorporate their products and services into comprehensive solutions that meet customer requirements.
9. Sales Enablement: Provide technical training and support to the sales team to enhance their understanding of collaboration technologies and improve their ability to position our solutions effectively.
10. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive the evolution of our collaboration service offerings.
**Qualifications**:
1.) Experience as at least medior Administrator/Solution Engineer (junior Architect) in MS Collaboration-Tools (MS365; SharePoint; TEAMS; Exchange; OneDrive) or MS SW-distribution solutions (Intune/MEM; SCCM/MCM)
2.) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
3.) Strong understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and cloud computing technologies relevant to collaboration services.
4.) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5.) Demonstrated experience in solution design, proposal development, and customer-facing engagements.
6.) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
7.) Preferred relevant certifications:
- MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- AZ-140: Configuring and Operating Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop
- MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator
- MS-203: Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator
- MS-700: Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator
- MD-102: Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate
- SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- AI-102: Azure AI Engineer Associate
- any of the Citrix certifications: CCA/CCP/CCE
