Presales Solution Architect

**Job Summary**:
The Presales Solutions Architect is responsible for working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process. This role involves understanding customer requirements, designing solutions that meet those requirements, and presenting these solutions to customers. The Solutions Architect acts as a bridge between the sales and technical teams, ensuring that the proposed solutions are both technically feasible and aligned with the company's offerings.

**Technical Expertise**:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Develop and design solution architectures that meet customer needs and align with the company's product and service offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the proposed solutions are cutting-edge and competitive.
**Solution Design**:
- Analyze customer requirements and design customized solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
- Create technical presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the benefits and value of the proposed solutions.
- Ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet the customer's technical and business needs.
**Customer Engagement**:
- Engage with customers to present solutions, answer technical questions, and address concerns.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and workshops to showcase the capabilities of the proposed solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and support, to ensure the proposed solutions are viable and can be delivered as promised.
- Assist in the development of RFP/RFI responses by providing technical content and solution descriptions.
- Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and potential product improvements.
**Sales Support**:
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing the necessary technical expertise and solutions.
- Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Participate in sales strategy meetings to align technical solutions with business goals.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, or a similar technical role.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in [relevant technologies, e.g., cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, etc.].
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and architectures.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand solutions.
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, etc.).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
