Role Summary:


We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results-driven professional with a solid background in strategic sales and business development within the HR or related industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Growth: Implement effective strategies to maximize revenue, focusing on new business opportunities and client acquisition.
  2. Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients for our B2B services, enhancing our customer portfolio.
  3. Market Expansion: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify and enter new markets, contributing to broader brand visibility and business growth.
  4. Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with corporate trainers, HR professionals, and other key industry players to expand our service capabilities.
  5. Brand Representation: Promote our brand at industry events, networking meetings, and other public forums to secure new business opportunities.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
  7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales targets and business development outcomes to ensure continuous performance improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on sales and market expansion.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales goals and developing new business channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at negotiating and building strong professional relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical skills.
