About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Sr Business Development Manager / Business Development Director to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the IT services industry.
  • Hunting and Farming: Actively prospect for new clients (Net New Sales) and upsell/cross-sell to existing customers (Existing New Sales).
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Looking for an individual who has 10+ years of experience in Sales Business Development
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the IT Service industry
  • Experience in getting New Logos/New Business
  • Experience in Hunting and Farming (NN-Net New Sales & EN-Existing New Sales)
  • Much have experience in Selling Services hands-on.
