Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs, tools, and SOPs for the technical team.
- Prepare learning materials, including guides, video tutorials, and digital content.
- Lead and motivate a team of technical trainers to enhance productivity and performance.
- Conduct engaging training sessions on products and business practices via demonstrations, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Support product testing to optimise results and provide insights for product development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback and analysis.
- Assess training needs and coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations for alignment.
- Conduct industry and competitor analysis to identify trends and support strategic initiatives.
- Recommend and implement innovative learning technologies.
The Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in developing and managing technical training programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and content creation skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a focus on evaluating and improving training.
- Proficiency with digital content tools and familiarity with learning technologies.
