We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified National Sales Manager - Mumbai for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED to keep our revenue engine running for our in-house brand TokiBaby and TokiHealth.


Job Title: National Sales Manager - INDIA


Work Location: Andheri - Marol (Mumbai, India)


Role Description


The key purpose of the role is to take ownership of the sales and marketing strategy translating into key metrics and delivering exceptional performance against those goals. Key metrics will include achieving topline revenue targets and taking responsibility for analytical insights, account management, team management, and overall sales management strategies to drive business growth and maintain client relationships.


Objectives of this Role:


  • This level of management carries out conceptual leadership and do not have to worry about day-to-day technical problems of the company. However, it is responsible for setting organizational plans, strategies, and guidelines.
  • Must have a continuous focus on improving systems efficiencies in business practices.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for various products to meet the company's needs and objectives.
  • In order to reach the goals, set up and manage Marketing Department and Sales Department.
  • Developing and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain discipline amongst company employees.
  • To define and implement long-term Sales & Distribution strategy and Annual Sales Plan based on the overall company strategy.
  • Enhance market penetration by setting up and managing the sales distribution across channels.
  • Define and develop sales and marketing in General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce Market Place and Institutional sales

  • Fulfillment of sales plan.
  • Assortment planning.
  • Company and brand image development.

Qualifications:


  • Must have proven 10 experience working as a Head of sales or its equivalent.
  • Analytical Skills and Sales Management expertise
  • Immediately available to join the company is THE MUST.
  • Solid analytical and organizational skills.
  • Having leadership qualities and abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
