Job Description:The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team and developing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Shipping and Logistics Freight Forwarding industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the freight forwarding market and experience in managing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market shareLead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targetsIdentify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key accountsAnalyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growthDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and customer service teamsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plansConduct sales meetings and trainings to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales targetsProvide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Management.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in Sales in the Shipping and Logistics Freight Forwarding industryProven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategiesStrong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key accountsAnalytical and strategic thinking with the ability to identify market trends and opportunitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
