The National Sales Manager (NSM) is responsible for driving Business Development activities for the IT business (Physical Infrastructure/Structured Cabling) across India. This includes creating gotomarket (GTM) strategies building and managing a highperforming team identifying new Data Center/Enterprise opportunities partnering with new channel partners driving business development improving internal processes (both manual and automated) across all functions and managing the P&L for the overall business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create GTM plans for the current portfolio and identify new OEMs for product launches.
  • Identify and recruit suitable candidates for Business Development Manager (BDM) positions to ensure channel and endcustomer coverage (DC/Enterprise).
  • Provide leadership and motivation to the team to enhance performance.
  • Organize channel engagement activities.
  • Introduce process automation in Sales Finance Logistics and HR functions.
  • Independently drive sales and manage the P&L.

First Six Months Expectations:
  • Promote solution selling to endcustomers and through channel partners.
  • Build a highperforming team.
  • Mentor the team to enhance their technical and commercial skills.
  • Conduct regular fieldwork with sales associates to improve market and customer knowledge.
  • Drive sales revenue.
