About the role of National Sales Manage

rThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of all sales and marketing strategies. This candidate will be knowledgeable about the market and our competitive advantages in order to best recommend new sales strategies for success.ResponsibilitiesDevelop & implement effective sales strategies.Establish productive & professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsNegotiate & close agreements with large customersMonitor, analyse performance metrics & suggest improvementsPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual sales forecastsPerform research &identify new potential customers and new market opportunitiesProvide timely & effective solutions aligned with clients’ needsLiaise with Marketing, Operations and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistencyStay up to date with new services and ensure relevant team members are on boardExtensive travel as necessarySkillsets:Fluency in English,Extensive CRM experienceExcellent MS office operating skillsExtensive knowledge on feed and food sector, organic/food safety certificationAnalytical skillsDemonstratable achievement against QuotaHunting for new clients.QualificationsPost-graduation in Agriculture/ScienceMin 10 years in sales function, out of which min 5 years in TIC sectorReporting to Regional Commercial Director,
