Job Title: Lead- Outbound Sales (Digital Lending - Personal Loan)

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leading the Outbound Sales -Spearhead a team focused on assisting app users who drop off in the midst of their personal loan journey, boosting loan conversions and disbursements
  • Achieve business targets with end to end ownership of team level targets and cost budgets
  • Set and Monitor SLAs by establishing, managing, and refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to address user pain points and optimize the loan journey.
  • Develop reward and recognition programs to achieve the desired business plan numbers
  • Ensure call quality standards are met and the achieve the desired quality scores based on intensive and structured training interventions and assessments
  • Ensure manpower budgets are filled within the defined TAT through employee referrals and HR interventions
  • Utilize analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to optimize conversion rates and make informed decisions.
  • Create a motivated workplace environment and ensure high levels of employee
  • engagement to achieve higher vintage of employees.
  • Handholding for new employees to achieve productivity targets and to keep attrition and PEP within the stipulated levels

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
