**Overview**:
We seek a motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Caller to join our dynamic sales team.

This role requires a proactive approach to generating and qualifying leads through outbound calling.

**Responsibilities**

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Use a consultative sales approach to engage prospects and understand their needs.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects contacted, and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales calling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Target based job
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management systems.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
