Job Requirements:

  • Position: Business Development Manager
  • Industry: Personal Care & Lifestyle
  • CTC: As per Industry Standards
  • Location: Goa, India
  • Work Experience: Prefer minimum 2 Years of experience


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties within the hospitality sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Company’s market share.
  • Relationship Building and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, resorts, and villas, including owners, managers, and purchasing departments.
  • Lead sales efforts by pitching products and negotiating favourable terms and agreements with potential partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions tailored to the hospitality sector.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the management on business development activities, progress, and achievements.
  • To work with sales and marketing departments to identify potential clients, draft proposals and review contracts.
  • Attending industry events such as association conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
