Job Overview: Compunnel Inc is seeking a driven and energetic Consultant in Strategy & Business Development with a focus on Microsoft Services to join our dynamic team in Goa.

This role is perfect for a professional with a proven track record in generating sales leads from the US market and selling IT services. You will be pivotal in crafting and executing strategies to penetrate targeted markets, generating high-quality leads, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Sales Strategy: Utilize advanced sales techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach, to generate leads and drive sales for Compunnel's Microsoft Services. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Market Penetration: Focus on the US market, targeting companies within specific revenue brackets, to expand our client base and increase market share. Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers at various levels.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Engage potential clients through personalized communication and presentations. Understand client needs and propose customized IT service solutions that add value to their business.

Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with the Strategy & Business Development team to share insights, strategies, and best practices. Support the team in achieving collective sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Use insights to refine sales strategies and approaches.

Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically generating leads from the US market and selling IT services.

Demonstrated expertise in cold calling, email marketing, and utilizing LinkedIn for lead generation.

Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, with a preference for candidates with experience in selling Microsoft Services.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills, with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is required.
