We invite applications for the role of Administrative Executive for the Azim Premji Scholarship team, providing administrative and operational support to the Function, including the Function Leader.The Foundation launched the Azim Premji Scholarship in 2024-2025. The scholarship supports girl students from disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue higher education. This programme will be launched in phases starting with select geographies and will cover the entire country in the next few years. For more details, please visit our website.Responsibilities:Provide administrative and operational support to the Scholarship Team and Function Leader.Coordinate meetings, events, and team wide logistics.Review and prioritise incoming correspondence, mail, and other communication and determine required follow-ups.Maintain all files and information in a readily retrievable/usable form.Draft, prepare, distribute, and follow up on correspondence.Manage travel logistics (itineraries, accommodation, visa processing, expense reports) for the Function Leader and, when required for other team members as well.Manage calendars and emails, set up and coordinate meetings and conferences across the team.Provide a courteous and efficient interface to callers and visitors to the office.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting multiple stakeholders or a team.Proficiency in English and Hindi.Strong oral and written communication skills, including active listening and accurate reading comprehension.Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.Ability to work across functions and foster teamwork.Strong record-keeping skills and ability to maintain high confidentiality.
