New Donor Acquisition & Business DevelopmentIdentify, research and engage senior philanthropic individuals and family foundations.Activate your professional network and outreach strategies to secure high-impact donor meetings.Prepare tailored pitch decks, proposals and engagement strategies aligned with donor interests.2. Stewardship & RetentionManage and deepen relationships with existing major donors, providing timely updates, personalised engagement and impactful reporting.Serve as the primary liaison for senior donors and family offices.Design and execute donor-journeys including visits, events and curated engagement experiences.Support transitions of donors into legacy, endowment or multi-year funding relationships.3. Strategic Fundraising & Donor ExperiencePartner with senior leadership to shape philanthropy strategy and engagement models.Develop impact reports, organise high-touch events and coordinate field visits to showcase outcomes.Maintain donor-management system, monitor metrics, and submit weekly work plans and reports.Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline; Post-graduate preferred.12–15 years of experience in senior relationship management or sales with exposure to high-value clients (e.g., UHNIs, family offices) in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Luxury or High-End Insurance.Demonstrated success in managing and growing a portfolio of senior stakeholders or philanthropic clients through relationship-based engagement.Key CompetenciesPassionate about social impact and transitioning into a purpose-driven role.Results-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand and translate donor motivations into meaningful engagement and outcomes.High integrity, strong ethical standards and belief in our organisation’s mission.Preferred ProfileStrong professional network and credibility in senior stakeholder or philanthropic circles.Demonstrated ability to build long-term trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals/family foundations.
