Your skills and experience Core Competencies required - Client acquisition and retention -Acquire new HNW clients thereby expanding the portfolio base and increase product penetration (AUM & Revenue Growth). Buying and selling stock on behalf of the client. Managing investments, building client relationships, and actively engaging in client acquisition. - Portfolio construction & Risk assessment- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend rebalancing strategies to optimize returns while managing risk. Capable of evaluating, product risk, volatility, past performance, and benchmark comparisons to build portfolios. - Investment Advisory- Provide Investment advisory across Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, Structured products, and Insurance. - Financial planning & goal based advisory- Built and maintain long -term relationships with clients ensuring high satisfaction levels. Generate consistent revenue through advisory led product sales. - Cross-selling and revenue generation- Identifying cross-selling opportunities across loan, insuranceand investment products. - Market Research & Product expertise - Conduct regular market research to identify emerging asset classes and strategies that align with client goals and risk profiles. - Trainings, compliance, and regulatory knowledge- complete all compliance and regulatory trainings on time, ensuring full adherence to organizations values of the bank, code of conduct, integrity issuesand client communication through dbapproved channels only. - Certifications- should have relevant certification like NISM, IRDA etc. - Audit- Zero audit observations by ensuring the complete hygiene in client onboarding by maintaining accurate KYC, risk profiling, and documentation. Maintain portfolio by conducting regular reviews, rebalancing recommendations, and monitoring asset allocation for all clients. - Internal Policies- Assuring service quality and client satisfaction, complying with all bank policies and procedures. Adherence to Suitability & appropriateness/ KYC w.r.t client transaction and enhancing the wallet share of the client thereby contributing to the NNA initiative.
