They invest in Secondaries PE transactions and Fund of Funds.Job DescriptionLead the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in the private equity space.Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the fund's goals.Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments for potential investments.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, entrepreneurs, and industry partners.Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.Participate in fundraising activities and contribute to the firm's overall growth strategy.The Successful ApplicantA successful Principal/VP should have:Prior experience of 10-15 years in private equity, growth venture capital or transaction advisory teams of business consulting firmsExperience of managing multiple transactions end-to-end from sourcing, execution and exitsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex financial data.Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.A proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A proactive and results-oriented approach to identifying and executing investment opportunities.
