Join the team as a General Manager - Sales and lead the charge in selling High Rise residential projects. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with clients, help them make informed property decisions, and achieve incredible revenue goals. Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and engage new clients through calls, networks and marketing efforts.

  • Location/Sales Execution: Showcase and sell luxurious High Rise residential apartments, aiming to sell inventory worth ₹1200 CR at Sarjapur Road.
  • Client Consultation: Offer expert guidance on market trends, property values, financing, and legal requirements to help clients make the best decisions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competition to guide clients and refine sales strategies.

  • Relationship Building: Foster trust with buyers, sellers, and other key stakeholders for long-term success and repeat business.
  • Marketing: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital strategies and open houses, to drive property sales.
  • Negotiation: Secure favourable sales terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting revenue targets.

  • Compliance: Ensure all sales documentation complies with legal standards and regulations.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring everyone hits their performance targets.
