Position: Business Development Manager

Exp: =5+ years of experience in US Non-IT staffing & recruiting as Business Development Manager (MUST HAVE)

Education: Any Graduate.

Salary Range: 6- 10 LPA (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-time/ COMMISSION BASED (PROFIT SHARING) (100% Remote)



Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our client base in the non-IT recruiting and staffing industry. We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the US staffing industry, specifically working with full-time direct hire clients and W2 roles (but not limited to this).


Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Identifying and prospecting potential clients in the non-IT sector.

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.

3. Understanding client requirements and providing tailored staffing solutions.

4. Collaborating with the recruitment team to match qualified candidates with client needs.

5. Negotiating contracts, rates, and terms with clients.

6. Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market demands.

Your expertise in the US staffing industry, particularly in full-time direct hire and W2 roles, will be essential in successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

8. Post Graduate degree in Human resource management and related field Minimum 5 years of relevant and proven experience as a Business development MANAGER

9. Strong leadership abilities and comfort with public speaking

10. Excellent written and verbal communication in English Language

11. Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues

12. Conflict resolution skills - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

13. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills



Candidate must have a laptop + Good Wi-Fi connection.
