We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients. Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  2. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, networking events, etc., to generate leads and identify potential prospects.
  3. Prospect Engagement: Initiate and schedule meetings with key stakeholders in prospective client organizations to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of our company's products, their features, benefits, and relevance to the target market.
  5. Price Proposal Creation: Prepare comprehensive price proposals tailored to the specific needs and budgets of potential clients.
  6. Product Demonstrations: Work with internal Technical Teams to organize product demos and presentations for the prospects to showcase the value proposition of our products and address any queries or concerns raised by prospects.
  7. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contract terms with key stakeholders to close deals while maximizing value for both parties.
  8. Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and formulate strategies to achieve sales targets.
  9. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes.
  10. After-Sales Support: Ensure seamless transition and provide ongoing support to clients' post-sale to maintain satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  11. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and generate repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.Tech, B.E.) - IT/CS/Electronics/Electrical, etc.
  2. MBA or similar qualification is preferred, with relevant industry experience.

Requirements:

  1. Total experience of 4-7 years, with at least 3 years of a proven track record of successful B2B Sales in Industry sectors – Retail/Education/IT Technology/IT Services/IT hardware organization.
  2. Preferably having work experience in SaaS Sales of cybersecurity Products, Software products.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in sales performance tracking and market analysis.
  5. Should be able to build strong connections and rapport with CXOs, senior executives, and key decision-makers including IT Heads/Managers/Director, CIOs, etc., to establish trust and credibility.
  6. Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and articulate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Self-motivated and driven individual with a results-oriented mindset.
  8. Openness to travel across India.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
