Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B SaaS Sales professional at Automate Business in Gurugram.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding customer requirements.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team.

- Taking regular Follow-ups for closing a deal.

- Updating the CRM with the Status of the inquiries.

- Providing video call demos to the clients.


🎯 Requirements and skills:

- Proficiency in English.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

- Quick learner and passion for sales.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- A lot of Patience and calmness in handling clients.


📔 Education/Experience:

- Graduate, IT or B-Tech is a plus.

- Experience in telecalling.

- Fresher/Maximum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive
