Strategic Sales Manager

We are looking for an ambitious Strategic Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise Sales in India. This role manages the entire sales cycle for our Enterprise customers and partners in India. Responsibilities include management of strategic client relationships, revenue target achievement, acquisition of new business through active business development, and strategic guidance to executive leadership. The right person for this role has experience working the full sales cycle from prospect to close and will be comfortable selling geospatial- and software products to large companies and resellers in Mobility, Fleet, Logistics and GIS.What you'll do Develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy for India in alignment with overall company goals and targets. Drive new sales with strategic accounts, cultivating and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth Promote and evangelize TomTom product offerings during client meetings at assigned accounts. Lead opportunities through deal review process. Maintain relationships with decision makers at the executive and management levels. Work with finance, governance, legal, and technical teams to produce win/win solutions for TomTom and our customers. Build a strong product knowledge of TomTom Product offerings and being able to use this knowledge to build convincing propositions and proposals for clients. Develop relationships with Product Units to ensure India market needs are addressed. Participate at industry events to promote TomTom brand awareness. Maintain the TomTom CRM (Salesforce.com) regarding current deals, account activity and revenue forecasts. What you'll need Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering or Computer Science. 11+ years of sales experience in software or cloud industry, experience in digital map sales is a plus Successful track record in identifying and closing new deals of SaaS products. Outstanding organizational skills, structured, ability to manage multiple projects - passionate about technology adoption. Ability to create new and leverage established relationships within VP/C levels. Effective communicator in English. Self-motivated, positive, driven and results oriented. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills. Produce high quality and accurate work consistently. Experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce. Ability to travel as needed.
