RoleOverview:


Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior TechnicalAssessor/Interviewer specializing in Mobile Applications with afocus on Ionic to join our team. This advanced role involvesevaluating technical candidates for various seniorlevel Ionicdevelopment positions ensuring they meet the highest standards oftechnical proficiency problemsolving abilities and cultural fit.The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in Ionicdevelopment methodologies tools and practices along with a strongability to mentor and guide the technical assessmentprocess.


Responsibilities:


Design and conduct comprehensivetechnical interviews and assessments for seniorlevel Ionicdevelopment positions ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidatestechnical skills experience and culturalfit.

Develop and continuously update advanced assessmentcriteria and interview questions to reflect the latest Ionicdevelopment trends tools and bestpractices.

Collaborate closely with the HR and development teamsto understand complex role requirements desired skills and teamdynamics tailoring assessmentsaccordingly.

Provide detailed actionable feedback andrecommendations to the hiring team playing a key role in informinghiring decisions.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Ionictechnologies tools and practices ensuring that assessments remaincurrent and relevant.

Facilitate indepth technical workshops or discussionsto evaluate candidates handson skills in a collaborativeenvironment.

Mentor and train junior technicalassessors/interviewers providing guidance on best practices andinterview techniques.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughoutthe technical assessmentprocess.


RequiredSkills andQualifications:


Bachelor s or Master s degree in ComputerScience Engineering or a relatedfield.

7years of experience in mobile development roles with at least 5years specializing in Ionicdevelopment.

Deep understanding of Ionic Angular TypeScript HTML5CSS3.

Experience with integrating Ionic applications withbackend services and APIs.

Strong analytical skills and the abilityto evaluate complex technical skills and problemsolvingabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills witha proven ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorothers.

Extensive experience designing advanced technicalassessments and conducting technicalinterviews.

Uptodate knowledge of the latest Ionic developmenttrends and best practices.

Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.


PreferredQualifications:


Advanced certifications in Ionic orrelated mobile developmenttechnologies.

Significant experience in a technical hiring ortechnical assessment role.

Leadership or managerial experience in amobile development team with a proven track record of mentoring andguiding team members.

Experience contributing to opensource Ionic projectsor communities.

Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks such asJasmine Protractor and Appium.

Knowledge of native mobile development(iOS/Android) to understand and bridge gaps between Ionic andnativecode.
