RoleOverview:

We are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Senior TechnicalAssessor/Interviewer specializing in Frontend Development with afocus on Bootstrap to join our team. This advanced role involvesevaluating technical candidates for various seniorlevel frontenddevelopment positions ensuring they meet the highest standards oftechnical proficiency problemsolving abilities and cultural fit.The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in Bootstrapdevelopment methodologies tools and practices along with a strongability to mentor and guide the technical assessmentprocess.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct comprehensive technicalinterviews and assessments for seniorlevel Bootstrap developmentpositions ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidates technicalskills experience and cultural fit.
  • Develop and continuously update advanced assessmentcriteria and interview questions to reflect the latest Bootstrapdevelopment trends tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR and development teams tounderstand complex role requirements desired skills and teamdynamics tailoring assessments accordingly.
  • Provide detailed actionable feedback and recommendationsto the hiring team playing a key role in informing hiringdecisions.
  • Stay abreast of thelatest advancements in Bootstrap technologies tools and practicesensuring that assessments remain current andrelevant.
  • Facilitate indepthtechnical workshops or discussions to evaluate candidates handsonskills in a collaborative environment.
  • Mentor and train junior technical assessors/interviewersproviding guidance on best practices and interviewtechniques.
  • Ensure an exceptionalcandidate experience throughout the technical assessmentprocess.

Required Skills andQualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer ScienceEngineering or a related field.
  • 7years of experience in frontend development roles with at least 5years specializing in Bootstrap development.
  • Deep understanding of Bootstrap HTML5 CSS3JavaScript.
  • Experience withintegrating Bootstrap with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g.React.js Angular Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g.Webpack Gulp npm yarn).
  • Stronganalytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex technicalskills and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aproven ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorothers.
  • Extensive experiencedesigning advanced technical assessments and conducting technicalinterviews.
  • Uptodate knowledge ofthe latest Bootstrap development trends and bestpractices.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Advanced certifications in Bootstrap or related frontenddevelopment technologies.
  • Significant experience in a technical hiring or technicalassessment role.
  • Leadership ormanagerial experience in a frontend development team with a proventrack record of mentoring and guiding teammembers.
  • Experience contributing toopensource Bootstrap projects or communities.
  • Familiarity with testing technologies such as Jest MochaJasmine.
  • Knowledge of performanceoptimization techniques for web applications.
