Required Skills andQualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Graphic Design UI/UXDesign Interaction Design or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in UI and design roles with atleast 5 years specializing in senior designpositions.
  • Deep understanding of UIdesign UX principles and interaction design.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe PhotoshopAdobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign CorelDRAW Sketch and otherrelevant software.
  • Experience withcreating infographics and product design.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluatecomplex technical skills and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with a proven ability to provideconstructive feedback and mentor others.
  • Extensive experience designing advanced technicalassessments and conducting technicalinterviews.
  • Uptodate knowledge ofthe latest UI and design trends and bestpractices.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Advanced certifications in UI/UX design or relatedfields.
  • Significant experience in atechnical hiring or technical assessmentrole.
