RoleOverview:

We are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Senior TechnicalAssessor/Interviewer specializing in Security Testing to join ourteam. This role involves evaluating technical candidates forseniorlevel security testing positions ensuring they meet thehighest standards of technical proficiency problemsolving abilitiesand cultural fit. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertisein security testing methodologies tools and bestpractices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct comprehensive technicalinterviews and assessments for security testing positions focusingon evaluating candidates skills in vulnerability assessmentpenetration testing ethical hacking and more.
  • Develop and continuously update assessment criteria andinterview questions to reflect the latest trends and best practicesin security testing.
  • Collaborateclosely with HR and QA teams to understand complex rolerequirements desired skills and team dynamics tailoring assessmentsaccordingly.
  • Provide detailedactionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team helpingto inform hiring decisions.
  • Stayabreast of the latest advancements in security testing technologiesand tools ensuring assessments remain current andrelevant.
  • Facilitate technicalworkshops or discussions to evaluate candidates handson skills in acollaborative environment.
  • Mentorand train junior technical assessors/interviewers providingguidance on best practices and interviewtechniques.
  • Ensure a positivecandidate experience throughout the technical assessmentprocess.

Required Skills andQualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer ScienceInformation Technology or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in security testingroles.
  • Deep understanding ofsecurity testing methodologies tools and bestpractices.
  • Proficiency withsecurity testing tools such as Burp Suite Nessus and OWASPZAP.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provideconstructive feedback.
  • Extensiveexperience designing advanced technical assessments and conductingtechnical interviews.
  • Uptodateknowledge of the latest security testing trends andtechnologies.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
