Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct comprehensive technicalinterviews and assessments for seniorlevel positions focusing onASIC and Board Design ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidatestechnical skills experience and cultural fit.
  • Develop and continuously update advanced assessmentcriteria and interview questions to reflect the latest trends toolsand best practices in Semiconductor VLSI andEDA.
  • Collaborate closely with theHR and engineering teams to understand complex role requirementsdesired skills and team dynamics tailoring assessmentsaccordingly.
  • Provide detailedactionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team playinga key role in informing hiring decisions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in semiconductorVLSI and EDA technologies tools and practices ensuring thatassessments remain current and relevant.

Required Skills andQualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical EngineeringComputer Engineering or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in semiconductor VLSI and EDA roleswith at least 5 years specializing in seniorpositions.
  • Deep understanding ofASIC design and Board Design.
  • Proficiency with tools and methodologies used insemiconductor design and verification.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluatecomplex technical skills and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with a proven ability to provideconstructive feedback and mentor others.
  • Extensive experience designing advanced technicalassessments and conducting technicalinterviews.
  • Uptodate knowledge ofthe latest semiconductor VLSI and EDA trends and bestpractices.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Advanced certifications in semiconductor VLSI or relatedfields.
  • Significant experience in atechnical hiring or technical assessmentrole.
  • Leadership or managerialexperience in an engineering team with a proven track record ofmentoring and guiding team members.
  • Experience contributing to semiconductor VLSI or EDAcommunities or publications.
  • Familiarity with project management software andmethodologies.
