RoleOverview:

We are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Senior TechnicalAssessor/Interviewer specializing in Database Testing to join ourteam. This role involves evaluating technical candidates forseniorlevel database testing positions ensuring they meet thehighest standards of technical proficiency problemsolving abilitiesand cultural fit. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertisein database testing methodologies tools and bestpractices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct comprehensive technicalinterviews and assessments for database testing positions focusingon evaluating candidates skills in data integrity testing datamigration testing and more.
  • Developand continuously update assessment criteria and interview questionsto reflect the latest trends and best practices in databasetesting.
  • Collaborate closely withHR and QA teams to understand complex role requirements desiredskills and team dynamics tailoring assessmentsaccordingly.
  • Provide detailedactionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team helpingto inform hiring decisions.
  • Stayabreast of the latest advancements in database testing technologiesand tools ensuring assessments remain current andrelevant.
  • Facilitate technicalworkshops or discussions to evaluate candidates handson skills in acollaborative environment.
  • Mentorand train junior technical assessors/interviewers providingguidance on best practices and interviewtechniques.
  • Ensure a positivecandidate experience throughout the technical assessmentprocess.

Required Skills andQualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer ScienceInformation Technology or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in database testingroles.
  • Deep understanding ofdatabase testing methodologies tools and bestpractices.
  • Proficiency with toolsand frameworks used in database testing.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to provide constructivefeedback.
  • Extensive experiencedesigning advanced technical assessments and conducting technicalinterviews.
  • Uptodate knowledge ofthe latest database testing trends andtechnologies.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
