The Human Resources Executive will be a keyplayer in driving the HR functions for our operations across Indiathe US and Canada. This role is tailored for someone who thrives ina fastpaced IT consulting bench sales and staffing environment andpossesses a comprehensive understanding of HR and immigrationpractices in the US and Canada. The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle supporting ourglobal operations and ensuring compliance with local andinternational HR practices. Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Bench Sales Support:Spearhead the recruitment process by identifying staffingrequirements crafting job descriptions sourcing candidates andmanaging bench sales activities to ensure a seamless placement oftalent on projects.
  • Onboarding &Integration: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hiresensuring efficient completion of all necessary paperwork and asmooth transition into their roles with a focus on fostering apositive first impression of our corporate culture.
  • Performance & Relationship Management: Overseeperformance evaluations and manage employee relations ensuringalignment with organizational goals and fostering a productiveinclusive work environment.
  • HR Operations& Compliance: Implement and maintain HR policies ensuringcompliance with the legal and regulatory frameworks of India the USand Canada particularly in the areas of labor laws andimmigration.
  • Immigration Assistance: Workclosely with immigration teams to support the visa applicationprocess for candidates and employees in the US and Canada ensuringadherence to immigration policies and procedures.
  • Industryspecific HR Practices: Maintain uptodateknowledge of HR trends and best practices within the IT consultingbench sales and staffing industry applying this knowledge toimprove HR functions and contribute to businessstrategy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or related field.
  • Atleast 35 years of HR experience preferably in the IT consultingbench sales and staffing industry.
  • Solidunderstanding of HR and immigration laws and practices in India theUS and Canada.
  • Excellent interpersonalnegotiation and communication skills.
  • Abilityto handle multiple priorities and navigate in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MicrosoftOffice Suite.
