Our clientis a leading F&B company looking to hire a Human ResourcesBusiness Partner for Dubai locationYoullplay a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employeesand management. This position serves as a consultant to managementon the strategic HRrelated issues and acts as an employee champion.Youll also assess and anticipate HRrelated needs communicatingproactively with the HR peers and leadership team.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overallbusiness strategy.
  • Bridge management andemployee relations by addressing demands grievances or otherissues.
  • Champion the talent acquisition agendacreating strong talent pipeline for the critical and nicheroles.
  • Strong focus on the D&I agendaacross the business.
  • Lead the talent management& performance management agenda.
  • Drivesuccession planning across theorganisation.
  • Support current and futurebusiness needs through the development engagement motivation andpreservation of human capital
  • Maintainawareness of the culture plans financial position and competitionof the business units under HRs purview
  • Assesstraining needs to apply and monitor trainingprograms
  • Report to management and providedecision support through HR metrics
  • Ensurelegal compliance throughout human resourcemanagement
  • Work to enhance the organizationshuman resources by planning implementing and evaluating employeerelations and human resources policies programs andpractices
  • Contribute to the development of HRdepartment goals objectives and systems
  • Nurturea positive working environment
  • Maintain payplan and benefits program
  • Assess theorganizations current talent pool and create plans for futuretalent needs
  • Support and direct HR initiativesand the delivery of HRservices.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Masters degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
  • 10 years experience as an HR BusinessPartner or similar role
  • Demonstrable experiencewith HR metrics
  • Indepth knowledge of labor lawand HR best practices
  • Strong understanding oftalent management and developmentpractices
  • Excellent active listeningnegotiation and presentationskills
  • Peopleoriented andresultsdriven
  • Experience in the implementationof HR programs and policies
  • Proficient in MSOffice and HRIS systems
  • Ability to build andmaintain positive workingrelationships
  • Excellent organizational andleadership abilities
  • Strong decisionmaking andproblemsolving skills
  • Effective communicationand interpersonal skills
  • Relevant HRcertification is a plus
  • Experience in projectmanagement is an advantage
