Aboutthe Role :This isan earlystage role to build and scale the HR function at Thimblerr.This role is based out of Gurgaon and reports directly to thecofounder. The candidate will be responsible for setting up thebasic foundation of the HR function and contributing to buildingthe right performance and growth culture. To excel in this role youwill need to have strong people advocacy and change managementskills to manage the growing scale of theorganization.
Whatwill you do
  • Build andscale the HR function at Thimblerr. You will be responsible forsetting up executing and improvising the HRpolicies
  • Building the best employee experiencestarting from the interview stage to onboarding andretention
  • Support with policy and process tomanage performance and create a performanceoriented culture thatconstantly creates opportunities for growth and learning. Partnerwith leadership to create a timeline for executing performancemanagement evaluations. Coach managers on how to set goals andexpectations with employees.
  • Manage thepayroll for both Onroll and Offroll employees and ensure timely andaccurate payouts
  • Drive HR Organization Design.establish an understanding of the short and longterm goals ofplanned organizational changes and assess the HRimplications..
  • Tracking and Publishing WeeklyReporters Attrition employee Connect employee grievanceetc
  • Regular pulse check of employees throughconnections. Be on the ground with employees to understand theirpain points and areas of improvement.
  • Drive theAgenda of 3Ps Policy Process and Practices in alignment withBusiness with the mindset of improvingefficiency


PreRequisites:
  • MBAin HR Preferred with. 5 years of proven HRBP experience in afastpaced startup environment.
  • Experience inorganizational design Performance Management and ChangeManagement.
  • Experience in Implementing HRPolicies &Processes.
