Responsibilities:
TechnicalSupport:
1.Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat or ticketingsystem.
2.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ourproducts/services.
3.Provide stepbystep solutions and guidance tocustomers.
4.Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or developmentteams.
CustomerRelationshipManagement:
1.Build and maintain strong relationships withcustomers.
2.Ensure customer satisfaction andloyalty.
3.Communicate product/service updates andreleases.
Requirements1.2 years of experience in customer support or a relatedfield.
2.Technical degree in Computer Science Engineering or relatedfield.
3.Excellent problemsolving communication and interpersonalskills.
4.Strong understanding oftechnology
5.Experience with ticketingsystems
