Job Summary:
We are seeking a technically proficient and customerfocused Customer Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent problemsolving skills strong communication abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat or ticketing system.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products/services.
3. Provide stepbystep solutions and guidance to customers.
4. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or development teams.
Customer Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Communicate product/service updates and releases.
Requirements 1. 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
2. Technical degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
3. Excellent problemsolving communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong understanding of technology
5. Experience with ticketing systems
