Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and escalate issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Provide accurate information about our services and products to customers
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience and implement best practices
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
