Title:Program Manager (Hybrid)
Location: Lisle IL
Duration: 6 months contract ( Possible tohire)

This position is basedin Lisle IL and will be required to be in office 34 days/week or asrequired by corporate policy

Description:

Program Manager(Hybrid)

Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:
Lead/coordinate major and minor programs to ensure they aredelivered on time within budget and meet all technical/qualityspecifications
Work with Strategic Planning
oProvide feedback on where the program fits into the overall productgannet
o Provide overall direction about process andhelp direct questions
o Assist in mediatingconversations between functions and external parties
oMonitor spending against budget milestones and take correctiveaction as needed
Client Product Development processdocumentation curator
Support the preparation ofpresentations for the executive meeting collaboration mediation andadministrator meetings
Provide coaching and guidance toProgram Managers and other stakeholders to assist with the ClientProduct Development process
Manage the Scope Changeprocess
Proven ability to succeed in a fastpaceddemanding crossfunctional environment working with business usersproject team members IT development personnel andvendors
Promote a strong working partnership betweenbusiness and IT members of the team and ensure excellentcommunications between team members stakeholders 3rd party vendorsand management at all levels

BasicRequirements
Masters degree
Atleast 6 years of technical project/program managementexperience
At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
Bachelors degree
At least 8 years oftechnical project/program management experience
At least1 year of lead experience
OR
At least 10years of technical project/program management experience
At least 1 year of lead experience

Desired Skills
Demonstrated expertisein program management and product development processes
Track record of effectively managing crossfunctional teams anddeliverables
Comfortable managing multiple projectssimultaneously and to prioritize activities based on businessneeds
Ability to interface with all managementlevels
Proven ability to succeed in a fastpaceddemanding crossfunctional environment working with business usersproject team members IT development personnel andvendors
Strong interpersonal organizational and creativeproblemsolving skills
Proven ability to handlecomplexity (technical and organizational) and resolve issues asrequired

Work experience in OEMmanufacturing or aftermarket parts industry a plus
