RADISE isseeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team in Hyderabad andparticipate on a wide variety of proposals in SIG (SmartInfrastructure Group) companies. Candidate/s must have USGovernment/State/Federal Procurement Experience in Construction andrelated fields.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

  • Performs detailedanalysis of RFP documents to assess requirements and preparesquestions for clarifications sent to theclient.
  • Develops a detailedcompliance matrix and schedule outlining the entire proposalprocess through proposaldelivery.
  • Prepare technicalcomponents of the proposal and get it reviewed by the proposalmanager
  • Responsible for writingnontechnical portions of the proposal (i.e. project descriptionsresumes team qualifications various management plansetc.)
  • Works closely with Contractsto ensure all financial and legal requirements and proposal formshave been addressed and executed per RFQ/RFPrequirements.
  • Responsible for havinga thorough understanding of all requirements related to the RFQ/RFPdocuments.
  • Prepare all proposaldraft and final document versions to ensure responsiveness to RFPthoroughness accuracy and quality while ensuring the documentlayout and design maximizes the selling impact and readability ofthe proposal through effectivevisualizations.
  • Responsible forconducting a quality of the final printed proposal documents andperform a detailed compliance check against the RFP requirements toensure the submission is of high quality and accurate. (ensures theThree C s of proposal development (compelling compliantcomprehensive areincorporated).




Requirements

Qualification

  • AnyDegree Proposal development experience including editing andpublishing experience isrequired.
  • Experience in the U.S.Architectural Engineering or Construction industry ispreferred.
  • Excellentorganization/time management skills to meet strictdeadlines.
  • Excellent use of theEnglish language strong writing skills and an ability to solveproblems quickly in a fastpaced environment Competent in MicrosoftOffice software (Word Excel andPowerPoint)
