Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Proposals Manager with 5-10 years of experience in managing proposals for US Federal, State, and Local Government contracts. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of government procurement processes, strong project management skills, and a proven track record in delivering winning proposals. This role is based in Hyderabad and requires full-time office attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the proposal development process for US Federal, State, and Local Government contracts, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
  • Collaborate with business development, technical teams, and subject matter experts to develop strategies, content, and competitive pricing structures for proposals.
  • Review RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other government solicitations to develop comprehensive proposal plans.
  • Draft, edit, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of proposals, tailoring content to meet government standards and agency-specific requirements.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and proposal schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
  • Conduct compliance checks and quality reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and guidelines.
  • Identify and address risks and challenges in proposal development, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to mitigate issues.
  • Maintain a database of past proposals, templates, and reusable content to streamline proposal development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in proposal management, specifically for US Federal, State, or Local Government projects.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, FAR/DFAR regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and proposal management software/tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • APMP certification or equivalent in proposal management.
  • Familiarity with government portals and procurement systems.
  • Experience with CRM and proposal tracking tools.
