CorporateSales / B2B experience. From any industry providedthey have a corporate sales background. Twowheeler ismandatory.
KeyResponsibilities:Financial:
- Maximizebranch revenue performance in terms of actual sales growth andprofitability as against targeted numbers; Take appropriate stepsto reduce deviations if any
- Enhanceprofitability of all branch customers and key accountsperiodically; Identify issues if any and develop plans to meet theset profitability targets
- Monitor and trackproductwise yields periodically; Identify issues if any and developplans to meet the set yieldtargets
Operational:
- Ensureadherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the branchsales
- Maximize revenues for all products (DPInternational Retail Cargo ERetail) in the branch through effectivesales strategies
- Implement sales and marketingplans for driving revenues market share and profitability of allproducts in the branch
- Maintain sound healthyand longterm relationships with potential large clients in thebranch through regular interactions with keydecisionmakers
- Retain existing customers andachieve base targets set for the product everymonth
- Followup and ensure closure ofproductspecific sales leads forwarded by the telemarketing team orother departments
- Effective negotiation ofrates & service offers with customers as per the setpurviews in consultation with Branch Sales Head on casetocasebasis;
- Ensure adherence to the product pricingguidelines
- Maximize branch revenues throughdevelopment of channel partners
- Enhancepercentage collections as per the set logic remittance and DSOtargets
- Ensure updating of prospects (potentialclients) details in SAFFHIRE software package on a dailybasis
- Timely communicate &coordinate with internal & external customers onservice issues ifany
KeyResult Areas and Key PerformanceIndicators:1.Growth in Branch Revenues % achievement onproductwise revenue and channel wise revenue targets in the branch(for all products) Achievement of yield targets (Yield / piece) forall products2. Drive MarketGrowth % increase in revenues from certainidentified Industry Segments (e.g. Automotive Life Sciences etc.) /identified customers within thebranch3. Drive enhancement inrevenues via channel partners in the Branch Revenuetargets achieved as per plan through RSPs and other channelpartners4. Ensure timelycollections for the Branch Logic Remittance targetAccount Receivables (% reduction in receivables in excess of 60days 90 days 150 days)5. DriveSales capability productivity and adherence to processAdherence to SalesKPIs6. Ensure EffectiveDevelopment of New Products Support in new ProductDevelopment and launch in Branch as perplan
MainRequirements:
- Experience:Above 3 6 Yrs . years of experience in a similarrole
- Education: A graduate with a relevantdegree in business sales or a relatedfield.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbaland written communication skills in English Kannada andHindi.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to identifypursue and close sales opportunities.
- ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to proposeinnovative solutions.
- SelfMotivated: Highlyselfmotivated and able to workindependently.
- Driving License: A valid drivinglicense and access to a vehicle for businesstravel.
- Own two wheeler is amust.
