We are currently looking for a Sales Professional to join our team in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell IT products and services, emphasizing hardware, software, cloud, and security solutions.
  • Develop new acquisition accounts and expand existing accounts.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively to win deals.
  • Penetrate competition accounts and drive revenue and profit expansion.
  • Build and leverage a personal network with CIO/CTO/CEOs.
  • Manage and develop high-performance sales teams.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication.

Desired Competencies:

  • Take professional responsibility as a functional manager.
  • Perform non-routine work, including strategic decision-making.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge in their specific area.
  • Be tolerant of ambiguity and open to change.

Measurement Criteria:

  • Achieve target revenue.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
  • Position the brand favourably in customers' minds.
  • Achieve a satisfactory gross margin on won deals.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/ Masters degree with 1-2 years of prior experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in direct sales, particularly in the enterprise sector.
  • Familiarity with cloud, CSP, enterprise software, and SaaS business models.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Intermediate understanding of IT products and services.
  • Previous experience in relationship selling.
  • Strong understanding of computer technology.
  • Research skills and curiosity about business components.
